Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards, PDM Gems states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.
In PDM Gems, we display the dimensions of our products based on the measurement made by our workers. For any bowed or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the worker, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.
Also, for each item containing multiple gemstones, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
PDM Gems guarantees all products of goods as natural precious or semi-precious stones passing the process of adjusting quality by way of giving the heat that is acceptable generally and reputable for Ruby, Sapphire and other Topaz stones being past this process. If any precious stones become unheated, it will be mentioned in product detail of those items.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or PDM Gems, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
Payment Options
Bank to Bank : We only accept telegraphic transfer from Bank to Bank. So please send us your requirement by filling up the query page at our site or sending us email with the product ID of the item you need along with the quantity (pieces/lots) of each design/item. We will than send you a Proforma Invoice to make wire transfer.

The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. At PDM Gems we make all efforts to supply maximum quantity of Gemstones, whereas Jewelry can be supplied upon request for samples or orders.
Use of The Information we Gather
PDM Gems may request personal information, including your name, shipping address, telephone number, E-Mail address, billing address. We collect that information in order Process an order, contact you regarding your order status, ship your order to you or provide you with an excellent buying experience.
Your name and address will not be used for any purpose than delivery of your order and will not be sold to mailing – list firm. Although PDM Gems may occasionally share statistics about our customers with important business partners, we do not disclose any identifying information about individual customers.
- The width of product may vary up to 10% up or down.
- Insurance will be made on complete product purchased/shipped.
- The payment should be made in advance. The ordered goods will be shipped after receipt of complete payment by bank.
- The stone of the product may vary according to the availability and a substitute can be replaced upon acceptance of customer.
- We use real and natural stones however the stone of the product can be altered as per customer’s requirement.
- The delivery period can be exceeding in case of natural calamity or any situation beyond our control.
- The delivery and shipping charges includes insurance charges, delivery charges and other charges like custom duty are to be paid by the recipient.
- The product should be delivered on the shipping address provided by the customer.
- The payment in case of bank transfer should be deposited in bank within 7 days of issuance of Proforma Invoice in order to start the production or for shipping of any readily available goods.
- The products of gold, silver and gems are delivered through SPEED POST (a unit of India Government), UPS, Fed-Ex, Air Cargo or other shipping mode recommended by customer (if possible).
- The price of silver and gold can go up or down based on the current market price.
- The price of stone would vary based on the kind of Stone selected.
- Each order of Jewelry would comprise of minimum 5 pieces in Gold and 15 pieces in Silver in any stone.
- In each case price would vary depending on the No. of Pieces Purchased.
- The total purchase should not be less than 2000 US Dollars in Gold and Silver and US Dollars 500 in Gemstones.
